Use:  Pressing one nostril closed, place the opened inhaler tube at the opposite nostril and inhale, switch sides, repeat twice on each side. Exhale through the mouth not the nose.

Ingredients: Citrus Bergamia (Bergamot) oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea tree) oil,  Cedrus Atlantica (Cedarwood) oil, Cinnamomum Zeylanicum (Cinnamon) oil, Syzygium aromaticum (Clove) oil, Eucalyptus Globulus (Eucalyptus) oil.
